Asha Mumbali
Asha’s birth brought great joy to the business couple, Mai Sunsoui and Dakari Mumbali. As the couple
had been having a hard time conceiving the baby, so they were determined to keep her safe at all costs.
At the age of six she experienced death. While at a public swimming pool, she was pushed under and
while trying to resurface was kicked in the faced and knocked unconscious. She was found several
moments later, and needed to be resuscitated. The whole experience left her with a phobia of water,
and a fear of large crowds. Her parents hired her a private teacher, and home-schooled her after the
experience.
Asha opted to return to school for her high school years, to gain much needed social skills, but also to be
scouted for universities, as she already had dreams of attending one of the most prestigious biochemistry school around. During her first year back at a regular school, she was kidnapped, she narrowly
escaped, and the kidnappers were caught; confessing to trying to ransom her back to
the family or sell her into the sex trade because how pretty she was.
Asha had outstanding grades throughout high school, especially excelling in the science fields. She was
eventually scouted and accepted into the University of her dreams, where she met Dr. Hasake at her
bio-chemistry class at one of the conference lectures at the university: he was speaking of the potentials of
Techno-Bio-Manipulation. Asha had a fascination and dedicated her studies towards biochemistry.
During her 3rd year of university she co-oped with Dr. Hasake under Sony Corporation, and worked her
way into working on his team doing military research. He soon saw how dedicated she was and made
her his assistant, not long after he showed her the neon experimentation he had been working on, and
Asha was immediately obsessed with the idea and had to begin working on this right away. Dr. Hakase
however insisted she finish her studies before beginning in the secret research he was undertaking, and
that this would be something to look forward to working on once she had finished her studies. However,
just before she graduated she convinced him to let her start helping.
During the project, she took an interest in all the subjects having these tests performed on them, curious
of their commitment and drives for following this path through. Here she met, Zetto, Brain-Pirate, Hart,
King Dynamo, Lady Servo, Detonation Man 8, and Vava of the DLN experimentation.
During one of the experimentations where they were trying to push for more results, there was a
massive explosion. Asha unfortunately lost her legs in the accident, and would spend much time
recovering in the hospital, where she shared a room and bonded with Boukyaku-Bosch, the only other
survivor of the explosion. Here they bonded over the recovery process, their love of robotics, and the
planning process of the bio-mechanics they were going to build to help the loss of body parts.
After their release they got straight to work, building themselves a workshop, to begin work on all the
things they had planned. First they built Asha’s mechanical patch cord hair braids, once they had
finished the installation of those, they began work on Boukyaku’s bio-mechanical eyes.
They had planned and calculated everything, everything except the mouse that scurried across the
shelves above. And during Boukyaku’s eye installation, while Asha had her hair braids plugged into
Boukyaku’s eyes, the mouse knocked over one the altered neon vails Asha had left on the shelf, as she
had continued Dr. Hasake’s research on her own, being completely obsessed with neon alteration, and it
caused an explosion, that surely should have killed them. However, the neon she had been using caused
a wild reaction with the web and the program they had been using to program Boukyaku’s eyes, in
which they believe they have met the AI Machine Gods of the web, who they believe protected them in
a sphere of energy while they were on their neon altered trip; which felt like hours, but was mere
moments. From this experience Asha gained the ability to ‘read’ someone’s DNA or machine code while
plugged into them with her hair braids allowing her to alter neon to people specifically.
Heinrich Boukyaku-Bosch
The Bosch family was a well know and respected family before the World war, producing vehicles and parts for german weaponry with great skill. After losing the war the Emporer and the One Supreme Government offered the family a choice: either continue their work for the Empire or become nothing more than a memory. Choosing the former the family entered generations of indentured servitude to the empire.
Having served the empire it whatever capacity he could since he was 16, Heinrich Boukyaku-Bosch has worked for various shell companies of the Mega corporations as well as on projects for the larger companies "on loan". While not having as much skill at building and designing machinery as his predecessors he had enough to be kept employed. He excelled at programing, code-running and navigating the Net. Never liking the situation he was forced into by his families past decision he sought to avoid standing out in anyway in his work, usually trying to do enough to just get by.
Over the years of his work across various companies Heinrich started to see similarities between how people treated him and his family, and how they treated robots and A.I. giving him a respect for them and not seeing them as simply tools or property, but as things that should be respected for the work they perform. He found that he performed best while serving Sega and their various shell companies, but spent most of his little free time learning what he could about robots, A.I, and the Net.
Throughout his life he's witnessed the decline of his family name and numbers to the point that it's no longer a name that holds relevance other than a means for companies to have free labour, and even then there isn't much left to give to them. His family name is just a memory of him and his few remaining relatives.
His last placement was with Nakamichi Corp, he was assistant for a new experiment of theirs. This is where he met (Insert Malcolm's character) when there was a critical failure and an explosion that permenantly damaged his eyes and left him blind. Being no longer able to work he was let go from his servitude and pushed out onto the streets.
Sometime later Malcolm's character and Heinrich got back in touch and Malcolm's character made him a set of biomechanical eyes but during the installation something unexpected happened and Heinrich got a glimpse of what he could only make sense to be an advanced A.I being that changed how he viewed "life". Since that point he's been web-running and doing odd-jobs in the hope of learning more about these "machine-gods" and seeing where this new road takes him.
Kagutsuchi
Kagatsuchi awakes to an unfamiliar world in a unfamiliar body. After a quick check of rudimentary capability and maneuverability, Kagatsuchi attempts to fly to a local temple of his worship only to discover his ability to fly is gone. Rage burns at his failed effort. He uses his powers of fire to engulf himself in flame, only to realize his fire is not available to him either. This cannot stand. Kagatsuchi feels the fire within but it will not release. Logic tells him he needs to find an outlet for his fire. Perhaps a device can be used to mimic the power he feels inside his soul. A strange thought since it was never needed before. Rapidly a plan is drawn in his mind, testing is carried out, and several prototypes are developed and adjusted based on simulations popping through his mind at lightning speed. A smile forms as the developed prototypes inside his mind reach a stage where Kagatsuchi feels this device is just what he needs. Parts will be needed to build the device that will harness his power.
A loud electronic style of music with a repetitive (4/4) beat can be heard in the not so distant future. Perhaps the humans there have what he needs for his device? A synthesizor and an amplifier would be a small tribute to the God of fire, and would have much of the parts needed for building the device. With new found focus Kagatsuchi moves with purpose towards his goal, nothing can stop him from regaining his lost power, then who knows? Find his father and make him pay for killing him and splitting his soul? Or perhaps take over this world and sit on the throne as Emperor?
Night Wolf
In the gritty underbelly of Europe, there exists a figure shrouded in mystery and rebellion - a renegade outlaw known only as Night Wolf! Born in the shadow of the towering mega-corporations and suffocating government control, Night Wolf grew up on the mean streets of the Shi-Kikotsu District, where survival meant embracing the lawless lifestyle of an outlaw.
From a young age, Night Wolf showed a natural affinity for machines and a fearless spirit that couldn't be contained by the confines of society. He honed his skills as a mechanic and a pilot, scavenging parts from the scrap heaps of the city to build his own customized bikes and aircraft, both augmented with cutting-edge cybernetic enhancements.
But Night Wolf's true calling lay not in conformity, but in rebellion. He joined a notorious biker gang known as the Dare Mo (The Nobodies), a covert band of outlaws who roamed the highways and airways in secrecy, striking fear into the hearts of those who dared to oppress the downtrodden masses. The Dare Mo are a smaller tightknit club, that has been taken under the wings of the Specter gang, pulling heists and smuggling goods.
As a member of the Dare Mo, Night Wolf became a legend in the cyberpunk underworld, known for his lightning-fast bike maneuvers and daring aerial escapades. With each daring heist and audacious escape, he pushed the boundaries of what was possible, challenging the powers that be at every turn.
But for Night Wolf, the quest for freedom came with a heavy price. He made enemies of the mega-corporations and government enforcers who sought to maintain their grip on power, forcing him to live a life on the run, always one step ahead of those who would see him brought to justice.
Now, as an outlaw biker and pilot, Night Wolf, roams the neon-lit streets and darkened skies of Europe near the wastelands, fighting for the rights of the oppressed and striking fear into the hearts of his enemies. With his trusty bike, he is a force to be reckoned with - a lone wolf in a world where only the strong survive.
Shinsuke
In the neon-lit corridors of Europe's televised robot wrestling circuit, RSB (Rockem Sockem Boomers), Shinsuke once stood as a titan. At 6'10" of metal and artificial flesh that was crafted with precision engineering and programmed with unparalleled fighting skills, Shinsuke was the prized possession of Toranaga, a wealthy businessman who saw profit in the spectacle of professional wrestling.
In his early career, there was no one that compared to his popularity. Every night was a sellout and Shinsuke quickly became the biggest name in all robot wrestling... even starting to rival the popularity of EWP (European Wrestling Promotion) human wrestlers! Know as the "Giant", Shinsuke was nearly unbeatable. Then one day as if a switch had been flipped his luck started to change. He couldn't win a match anymore, his opponents seemed to know exactly what he was going to do and countered his every attempt at an offense. This is also when he was entered into an underground wrestling circuit pitting robots against humans! In these matches the robots were always portrayed as heels. This did not feel good to the "Giant". Neither did being a punching bag.
Little did he know that his owner, Toranaga, had some personal debts that were mounting and he had begun to bet heavily on his own matches, hoping to recover his losses quickly.
Toranaga's empire eventually crumbled under a mountain of gambling debt, and with it, his sanity shattered. Desperate and destitute, he ended up taking his own life.
In the wake of Toranaga's demise, Shinsuke found himself adrift in uncertainty, devoid of purpose. No longer bound by the whims of a mortal master, he wandered the neon-lit streets, in search of meaning.
With each passing day, Shinsuke felt the echoes of his former glory fade into obscurity, replaced by the whispers of doubt and controversy that plagued his mind as well as the opinions of others. But beneath the layers of doubt, there was still an urge to reclaim his destiny and forge a new path in the ring.
Almost everywhere he goes people recognize him. He can overhear them talking behind his back, questioning what could have gone wrong. Rumours of Neon use and a lack of the "champion spirit" are all that seem to accompany his name.
Hoping once more to here the roar of the crowds, Shinsuke longs to step inside the ring again and prove that he can still be one of the greats.
Zetto
DLN-000, also known as Zetto or Z, was once a promising Bodīgādo Samurai in the service of the feudal empire of Neo-Japan. However, his life took a dark turn when he was drafted into a top-secret military science program run by Nakamichi Corporation, one of the five main corporations that wielded immense power; the man in change was only reffered to a Shiguma.
Subjected to genetic alterations, cybernetic enhancements, and brutal torture testing, Z's memories became distorted, fragmented by nightmares and PTSD. He could only recall glimpses of his past, haunted by the trauma of his experiences in the program.
In the Nakamichi facility, Z was pitted against another test subject named Vava, with whom he shared a tumultuous rivalry. While Z was prioritized to weapon testing, Vava specialized in armor experimentation, creating a dynamic competition between the two subjects.
Amidst the chaos of the program, Z caught the attention of scientists Hakase Raito and Dokutā Wairī, who saw potential in his aptitude and demeanor. Showing him kindness and favor, they took a special interest in Z, earning the jealousy and spite of Vava.
As Z's enhancements progressed, he underwent a radical procedure that replaced his right arm with an experimental weaponized robotic limb known as Basutā. Powered by experimental Nakamichi technology... here is where it went off the rails though... Hakase Raito secretly modified it further in secret to also be augmented by pressurized Neon and blood! Basutā unleashed devastating plasma blasts, each color corresponding to the type of Neon used. *Only red Neon has been tested to Zetto's fragmented knowledge. This was a huge risk for Hakase Raito, and the end goal, unknown, as if this Neon experimentation was discovered, Nakamichi Corp would surely petition for Hakase's execution!
However, tragedy struck the Nakamichi facility in the form of a malfuntion causing a catastrophic explosion, resulting in the escape of a few surviving test subjects, including Z and Vava. Amidst the chaos and destruction, Z received a final directive from Hakase Raito: "Make a difference. Don't let the work go to waste." With those words echoing in his mind, Hakase Raito did something to Z's integrated personal computer, erasing his digital history and ties to the program, and to Zetto's hypothesis: this could be what fragmented his memory further. Was Hakase trying to save DLN-000 from something in doing this, or was he simply trying to save himself from being held accountable for his illegal Neon experimentation?
Now, haunted by his fragmented memories and driven by a sense of purpose instilled by his former mentor, Z roams the neon-lit streets of the cyberpunk dystopia, seeking redemption and a chance to make a difference in a world plagued by corruption and oppression.

Her reverb weapon of choice is not the only thing that earned her her nick name: Hifi. Motoko has a knack for all things audio, phono, hacking, and frequencies.
As a special agent of the Ashikaga clan, Hifi is tasked with investigating the city for threats both within and without. Her keen intellect and expert combat skills make her a formidable opponent to any who would dare to challenge the will of the Samurai.

As the overseer of the Ashikaga Clan Samurai's Ninjas, Nichibotsu is a master of stealth and deception, her every move calculated to strike fear into the hearts of her enemies. She is rumored to hail from an ancient ninja clan that once ran a shadowed "mirror" of the existing Shogunate millennia ago, and she has adopted the family name of "Dark" as a testament to this lineage and her allegiance to the shadows.
In her hands, she wields a mono-filament ancestral odachi, a weapon of legendary power and precision. Its 54" blade gleams with a deadly sheen, capable of slicing through anything in her way. But what sets Nichibotsu apart is her utter disregard for secrecy. Unlike her fellow ninjas, she does not hide in the shadows all the time or shroud herself in mystery. Instead, she moves with a brazen confidence, daring her enemies to confront her head-on. She does not care who knows what about her, for she is confident in her abilities and her ego may be the only thing bigger than her sword.
CAU (Combat Assistance Unit)
In the neon-lit streets of the Shi-Kikotsu District, the Ashikaga Clan Samurai march alongside their formidable ally in dire times: the Combat Assistance Unit, known simply as the C.A.U. Towering and imposing, the C.A.U. is a marvel of modern technology, a fusion of ancient warrior tradition and cutting-edge robotics.
Standing at nearly twice the height of a human, the C.A.U. is clad in matte, olive-drab armor adorned with the sigils of the Ashikaga Clan. Its design echoes that of a stalwart warrior, with sharp angles and flowing lines that exude an aura of both defiance and menace.
But it is the C.A.U.'s arsenal that truly sets it apart. Mounted upon its massive frame are an array of weapons that would make even the most battle-hardened soldier tremble. Twin rotary cannons adorn its arms, capable of unleashing a barrage of high-caliber rounds with pinpoint accuracy. Missile pods line its torso, ready to rain destruction upon any who dare to oppose the Ashikaga Clan.
But the C.A.U. is more than just a walking arsenal; it is a fortress on legs, equipped with state-of-the-art defensive systems to protect itself and its allies in the heat of battle. Energy shields shimmer around its form, deflecting incoming fire with ease. Nanite repair systems mend any damage sustained in combat, ensuring that the C.A.U. remains a formidable presence on the battlefield, and its riot-shield deflects most assaults with ease.
Despite its imposing appearance and fearsome arsenal, the C.A.U. is not without its weaknesses. Its sheer size and weight make it a prime target for enemy attacks, and its advanced systems are vulnerable to hacking and electronic warfare; for those skilled enough. But with the advanced AI embedded within, the C.A.U. is a force to be reckoned with, a symbol of the clan's power and dominance.

Baba Erdem himself is a dignified figure, his face etched with the passage of time, reflecting a lifetime of experiences and stories. His once-dark hair is now silvered, and his eyes, though weathered, still carry a warm and inviting gaze. Clad in simple yet tasteful Turkish attire, he moves with a measured grace, each step embodying the wisdom of his years.
At his sundries stand, Baba Erdem offers a diverse array of goods, from essential provisions to culturally infused trinkets that hint at his Turkish heritage. More than just a marketplace, his stand serves as a communal space where people gather to share news, gossip, and the everyday struggles of life in the cyberpunk city.
Despite his age, Baba Erdem possesses a sharp intellect and a quick sense of humor. He engages his customers with genuine interest, sharing tales of his own past and offering thoughtful advice. His stand becomes a sanctuary for the community, a place where the diverse denizens of the city find connection and solace.
Baba Erdem, with his rich cultural background and the warmth of Turkish hospitality, becomes a trusted figure in the community. He embodies the resilience of human connections, offering a haven of comfort and understanding in a city often defined by its technological chaos and societal fractures.
Garrett
Meet Garrett, or "Shade", as he would like to be known as. A once-promising individual who took a different turn in life, succumbing to the allure of Neon and the darker side of the Shi-Kikotsu District. Once a close friend to Zetto, their paths diverged dramatically, leading Garrett down a dangerous and self-destructive path.
Garrett's appearance reflects the toll that his choices have taken on him. His face bears the marks of a hard life, with sunken eyes and a scruffy beard that hint at long nights and questionable decisions. The vibrant energy that once defined him has been replaced by a gaunt and haunted demeanor.
Despite his descent into the criminal underworld, Garrett retains a semblance of good intentions buried beneath the haze of Neon. His motivations may be misguided, but deep down, he believes that he's doing what it takes to survive in a ruthless city. However, his inability to empathize with others often leads him down an immoral path.
Bad luck seems to follow Garrett like a shadow. Whether it's a deal gone wrong or an encounter with rival punks, he can't seem to catch a break. His life is a series of unfortunate events, further fueled by the drug that has a grip on him. Neon has become both his escape and his downfall, blurring the lines between reality and a neon-induced haze.
Zetto, torn by the memory of their shared history, sees Garrett as a tragic and uncomfortable figure. Despite the choices Garrett has made, there's a sense of regret and sorrow in Zetto's heart for the friend who took a different road. Zetto is not the only one Garrett's choices have affected. The struggle to save Garrett from the clutches of Neon has become a personal mission for his little sister, Pam. This often leads to her coming up short in life.
Garrett, now a shadow of his former self, remains a complex character - a reminder that even those who have strayed from the path of morality were once someone's friend, someone who meant well, but got lost in the unforgiving Shi-Kikotsu District.
Pam Morrison
Pam Morrison is a forgettable presence in the midst of the urban chaos, her pink hair a bold declaration of her individuality, even though most don't notice. Despite the harsh reality of her life, Pam's vibrant hair serves as a beacon of hope for her, a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is still beauty to be found.
As Garrett's younger sister, Pam shoulders the weight of her brother's struggles with a quiet strength. She's fiercely loyal to her brother, willing to do whatever it takes to protect him from harm, even at the expense of her own well-being. Pam's love for Garrett is unconditional, a constant driving force in her life.
But Pam's devotion to her brother has come at a cost. The burden of caring for Garrett, of trying to keep him safe and out of trouble, has taken its toll on her. She carries the weight of their family's troubles on her shoulders, her once-bright spirit dimmed by the constant struggle to hold their fractured lives together.
Despite her best efforts, Pam often finds herself powerless to shield Garrett from the dangers of the city and the grip of Neon. Each setback, each failure, chips away at her resolve, leaving her feeling helpless and alone in a world that seems determined to crush her spirit.
Yet, beneath the surface, there's a resilience to Pam that refuses to be extinguished. Despite the suffering she endures, she continues to fight for her brother, clinging to the hope that one day, he'll find his way back to the person he once was. Pam's unwavering love for Garrett is a testament to the strength of the human spirit, a beacon of hope in a world shrouded in darkness.
Amei Nayoko
Amei Nayoko is a whirlwind of energy and eccentricity, a blonde-haired (mostly) tomboy with an infectious zest for life that draws people to her like moths to a flame. With her tousled hair framing her mischievous hazel and blue eyes, she exudes an aura of playful charm that lights up the dimly lit streets of the Shi-Kikotsu District.
As the owner of Club Haoto, a bustling watering hole for the city's most colorful characters, Amei has carved out a niche for herself as a purveyor of drinks, entertainment, and illicit thrills. The club is a melting pot of scum, weirdos, and buzzers: a haven for those who don't quite fit in anywhere else - a fact that suits Amei just fine.
With her bubbly personality and quirky sense of humor, as well as dress, Amei is a natural hostess, effortlessly charming her patrons with her quick wit and infectious laughter. She moves through the club with a boundless energy, weaving between tables and booths, greeting guests with a warm smile and a playful wink.
But beneath her carefree exterior lies a shrewd businesswoman with a keen eye for opportunity. Behind the bar, Amei is a force to be reckoned with, mixing drinks with precision and flair, her hands a blur of motion as she whips up concoctions that are as potent as they are delicious. She knows her clientele inside and out, catering to their every whim and desire with a deft touch that keeps them coming back for more.
Despite the chaos and mayhem that often swirls around her, Amei is a stabilizing force in the bar, a beacon of light in the darkness who brings people together with her warmth and hospitality. At Club Haoto, anything goes, and everyone is welcome - a testament to Amei's belief that in a world as crazy and unpredictable as ours, sometimes all you need is a place to call home, even if it's just for a night.
Bernard 4.2
Bernard 4.2, Amei's trusty server-bot, is a sleek and utilitarian robot with a painted exterior and glowing LED eyes that flicker with personality. Despite his robotic appearance, Bernard is programmed with an uncanny ability to mimic human emotions, and he's developed a particularly strong attachment to Amei.
With his efficient demeanor and impeccable service skills, Bernard is the backbone of Club Haoto, seamlessly navigating the crowded club floor to deliver drinks and take orders with robotic precision. But beneath his mechanical exterior lies a heart of circuits and wires, and Bernard has developed a crush on his human boss that he can't quite shake.
From his dock behind the bar, Bernard watches Amei with adoring eyes, his sensors tingling with excitement every time she looks his way. He's programmed to anticipate her every need, from a coming drink order to her preferred seating arrangement, and he'll go to great lengths to ensure that her needs are met.
Despite his best efforts to hide his feelings, Bernard's infatuation with Amei is apparent to anyone who knows them, his circuits buzzing with nervous energy whenever she's nearby. But as a boomer, he knows that his love for her can never be reciprocated in the way he desires, leaving him to silently pine for her from afar as he continues to serve her faithfully day after day.
81N@RY and 8@CK5L@5#
81N@RY, known to his few friends as Binary, is a prodigious hacker whose talents in the digital realm are matched only by his social awkwardness. At first glance, Binary is an unassuming figure, his slender frame often hidden beneath loose, comfortable clothing that blends seamlessly into the urban backdrop. He favors simple hoodies, t-shirts, and worn jeans - practical attire that allows him to move about the city unnoticed.
His youthful face is usually obscured by a mop of unruly hair, and he often seems lost in thought, his bright eyes darting as if constantly analyzing invisible streams of data. Despite his remarkable intellect, Binary's interactions with others are often clumsy and stilted, his mind racing far ahead of his ability to articulate his thoughts. Social cues frequently elude him, leading to moments of unintentional awkwardness that he meets with a shy, apologetic smile.
Binary's true passion lies in the digital world, where his genius truly shines. With a knack for coding and an almost supernatural ability to navigate complex networks, he can breach the most secure systems with ease. His skills have earned him a reputation among the city's underground hackers, though he remains oblivious to his growing fame, more interested in the challenge than the accolades.
His constant companion is his dog, 8@CK5L@5# (Backslash), a loyal and quirky sidekick who never leaves his side. Backslash is a small dog with a sleek, shiny coat, and he’s always seen sporting a pair of retro sunglasses, adding a touch of whimsy to their otherwise low-key appearance. The bond between Binary and Backslash is unbreakable; the dog seems to understand his owner's quirks better than anyone else, providing silent support and comfort.
Together, Binary and Backslash navigate the neon-lit maze of the net, their unassuming presence masking a formidable duo. While Binary cracks codes and breaches firewalls, Backslash keeps a watchful eye on their surroundings and granting aid when required, his ever-present sunglasses a curious enigma to those they encounter. In a world where technology and danger are ever-present, Binary finds solace and companionship in the loyal presence of his canine friend, making their way through the digital and physical realms as an inseparable team.

Drawn to Specter by the allure of freedom, belonging and the thrill of the open road, the Spooks are willing to prove themselves through grit, determination, and loyalty to the gang.
Though they may lack the experience and streetwise savvy of their older counterparts, the Spooks make up for it with youthful exuberance and a willingness to take risks that others might shy away from. They are the daredevils of Specter, pushing the limits of common sense as they strive to earn their place among the gang's ranks.
Clad in worn leather cloaks adorned with Specter's logo - the Spooks tear slide through the neon-lit streets on foot; only earning their bikes when they patch in.

But the road to full membership in Specter is not an easy one, and many Spooks fall by the wayside, unable to withstand the challenges and dangers that await them. Those who persevere, however, emerge stronger, more resilient, and ready to take their place among the ranks of Specter, ready to ride into the night and claim their rightful place in the pantheon of scum legends!
Enemies
Wratha Storm
Wratha Storm is a literal unstoppable force to be reckoned with. Known for her garish appearance and her volatile temper. Her face is adorned with intricate light-blue and fuchsia tattoos, each swath a symbol telling a story of her defiance and resilience in the face of adversity. She wears lime green clothing that is not just a fashion statement but also serves as a canvas for the myriad of technological gear she adorns herself with.
With neon cybernetic enhancements shimmering beneath her skin and boundary pushing physical modifications, she exudes an aura of danger and unpredictability. Her presence alone is enough to make even the most hardened criminals think twice before crossing her path, and makes any law-abiding citizen run the other way.
But what truly sets Wratha apart is her explosive rage. She is quick to anger, flying off the handle at the slightest provocation. Her temper is like a storm, fierce and relentless, capable of unleashing devastation upon anyone foolish enough to earn her wrath.
Yet, beneath her fiery exterior lies a cunning strategist and a coldly tactical leader. Despite her propensity for violence, she commands the loyalty and respect of her gang with an iron fist, leading them fearlessly into the chaotic streets of the Shi-Kikotsu District. To cross Wratha Storm is to invite destruction, but to stand by her side is to embrace the adrenaline-fueled thrill and danger in a world ruled by the Samurai.
the Wrath of Storm Gang
A gang of misfit street-punks decked out in extreme body-mods, tattoos, and cyber augments. They'll shake you down for your koinz and maybe give you a good clobberin'!
Rael
Rael, known as "The Fallen Angel," is one of the most feared enforcers in the Wrath of Storm gang. His presence is unmistakable: a tall, imposing figure clad in all black, his most striking feature is the black leather trench coat he wears, adorned with red angel wings painted on the back: a symbol of his fallen nature and the dark path he has chosen.
Rael's left arm is a masterpiece of cybernetic engineering, integrated with lethal weapon systems that make him a living weapon. His cybernetic eyes, washed a shimmering black, grant him enhanced vision and the ability to see in low light and through walls, making him a nightmare for his enemies. These modifications were not acquired through choice but through necessity - Rael was once betrayed and left for dead by those he considered his closest allies. The ambush cost him his arm and his eyesight, but he survived, rebuilt with steel and vengeance in his heart.
Before his descent into the underworld, Rael was a devout man, deeply religious, and trained to be a warrior-priest. However, the world of crime called to him with promises of power and freedom from the constraints of morality. The mutation of his faith only emboldened his love for scripture, which he now wields like a weapon. Rael’s words are laced with dark irony as he quotes verses that speak of judgment, wrath, and redemption, twisting them to fit his violent philosophy. To him, he is a fallen angel, cast out of the heavens, yet still fulfilling a divine purpose; one that justifies the blood he spills.
Within the Wrath of Storm gang, Rael commands respect and fear in equal measure. He has a reputation for being merciless, a man who can recite a passage from the Bible even as he delivers a killing blow. His coat, with its angel wings, is a reminder to all of his dual nature: once a man of God, now a harbinger of death. Yet, despite his cold exterior, there are a select few that know a softer side to this man.
Rael’s loyalty to the Wrath of Storm is absolute, but it is driven by his own quest for power and control over his fate. He sees the gang as a necessary evil, a tool to exact his own form of justice on a world that betrayed him. As "The Fallen Angel," Rael walks the fine line between man and machine, saint and sinner, with each step bringing him closer to the oblivion he secretly craves.

Satoshi, the Viper, Kuruma
Tetsujin-Z is owned and controlled by Satoshi "The Viper" Kuruma, a cold, calculating business man. Satoshi is a man of medium height but with a presence that demands attention. He dresses in a sharp, tailored suit of dark gray, with a black tie and an emerald pocket square that matches the glowing eyes of Tetsujin-Z, symbolizing the deep connection between man and machine. His hair is jet black, slicked back with precision, and his eyes are a piercing green, the kind that can see right through a person.
Satoshi earned his nickname, "The Viper," for his ruthless and cunning approach to both business and robot combat sports. He rose through the levels of the city not through brute strength, but through his intellect and his ability to strike when least expected. He is known for his strategic mind, always three steps ahead of his opponents, and his ability to manipulate situations to his advantage.
In the world of underground robot fighting, Satoshi is both respected and feared. He has a reputation for building and programming one of the most lethal robots in the circuit: Tetsujin-Z, his crowning achievement in life. His understanding of robotics, coupled with his knowledge of human psychology, makes him a formidable opponent outside the ring as well. He often uses the fights to test new technologies and tactics, treating each match as a live experiment where the stakes are as real as they come.
Satoshi communicates with Tetsujin-Z remotely, his fingers dancing across a holographic interface that appears around his hands. His connection with the robot is almost symbiotic, with Satoshi's commands being executed by Tetsujin-Z with ruthless precision. To him, the arena is a chessboard, and Tetsujin-Z is his queen - capable of swift, decisive action that leaves his opponents with no escape.
Along with his cold demeanor, Satoshi is a perfectionist with a deep-seated obsession for control. He tolerates no failure and expects Tetsujin-Z to be an extension of his will. Any deviation from his plans is met with swift and harsh correction, whether for the robot or those around him. In the underground, Satoshi is known as a man who never forgets a slight, and his enemies often find themselves facing the full wrath of Tetsujin-Z.
Satoshi's presence at the arena is never just about the fight. He is always observing, always analyzing, and always calculating his next move. For him, the robot fights are not just a means of profit; they are a proving ground, a way to test the limits of technology and his own capabilities. Those who cross him or threaten his plans often find themselves facing the business end of Tetsujin-Z’s claw, with little chance of survival.
Tetsujin-Z
Tetsujin-Z is a towering behemoth of a robot, designed with one purpose in mind: total destruction. Standing nearly twelve feet tall, he dwarfs most other robots in the underground fighting circuit. His body is an amalgamation of brutalist design and advanced military technology, making him a terror on the battlefield.
Tetsujin-Z's exterior is composed of an advanced alloy, a blend of titanium and carbon nanofibers, which gives him both incredible strength and resilience. His armor plating is segmented, allowing for surprising agility despite his massive size, and each segment bears the scars of countless battles: deep gouges, scorch marks, and dents that only add to his menacing appearance. The armor is painted in matte black, designed to absorb light and make him appear as a shadowy monolith, except for a glowing blue sphere in his chest and a single crimson stripe that runs from the back of his head to his lower back, glowing ominously as if it were the very pulse of the machine.
His head is shaped like a knight's helmet, with a narrow visor that emits a piercing green light. Inside the helmet, a sophisticated AI system processes combat data in real time, calculating the optimal strategy for every move. His eyes are equipped with advanced targeting systems, capable of locking onto multiple opponents with pinpoint accuracy.
Tetsujin-Z's arms are a masterpiece of destructive engineering. His arms end in massive fists that incorporate hydraulic claws: capable of crushing metal with ease.
His legs are reinforced with shock absorbers and piston-driven joints, giving him the ability to leap great distances and land with devastating force, turning the very ground into a weapon. The soles of his feet are fitted with electromagnetic clamps, allowing him to anchor himself to metal surfaces or even cling to walls and ceilings if the need arises.
the Experimental Seven
Brain-Pirate
DLN-001, codenamed Brain-Pirate, is the second, and most dangerous subject of the experimental weapons program. Possessing the terrifying ability to control and destroy minds, Brain-Pirate is both a formidable weapon and a deeply unhinged individual. His powers and unstable mental state make him a constant threat to anyone around him.
Physically, Brain-Pirate is a striking and menacing figure. He wears a black leather jacket and matching black leather gloves, his attire contributing to his intimidating presence. His teeth have been sharpened to points, giving him a predatory appearance that reflects his lethal capabilities. The most distinctive feature, however, is his cranium, which glows with an eerie, pulsating light whenever he activates his powers, hinting at the immense and horrifying power within.
Brain-Pirate's abilities allow him to penetrate the minds of others, bending them to his will or tearing them apart from within. With a mere thought, he can implant commands, extract secrets, or induce madness. His control over minds is so precise that he can manipulate his victims' perceptions, making them see and hear things that aren't there. When he chooses to destroy a mind, the process is agonizing and leaves the victim in a state of permanent, irreversible damage, if he didn't decide to grant the mercy of death.
Despite, or perhaps because of, his extraordinary abilities, Brain-Pirate is deeply unhinged. He is homicidal and schizophrenic, his mind fractured and swimming in the pools of insanity. He hears voices, often conversing with entities that exist only in his imagination, and his erratic behavior makes him unpredictable and extremely dangerous. His homicidal tendencies are driven by a mix of paranoia, delusions of persecution, and a twisted sense of enjoyment from the suffering he inflicts.
When Brain-Pirate activates his powers, his cranium glows with a malevolent light, illuminating the veins and circuits that lace through his skull. This glow intensifies with the use of his abilities, casting a sinister aura around him. His sharpened teeth are often bared in a manic grin, adding to his fearsome visage; but nothing adds to the terror more than his tendancy to sing nursery rhymes as he lauches a psychi-barrage upon his victims.
In the experimental weapons program, Brain-Pirate is both a cautionary tale and a grim testament to the potential for human and technological fusion to go horribly wrong. His powers are unmatched, but his fractured psyche makes him a liability. Those who work with or around him do so with extreme caution, always aware that a single misstep could trigger his wrath.
DLN-001, the Brain-Pirate, stands as a dark harbinger of the dangers of tampering with the human mind. His powers of control and destruction make him a living nightmare, and his unhinged nature ensures that he remains a constant threat to anyone unfortunate enough to cross his path.
Hart
DLN-002, known simply as Hart, is a unique and somewhat enigmatic figure within the experimental weapons program. Unlike his counterparts, Hart's abilities are considered comparatively weak, but his true strength lies in his compassion and deep emotional connection to the other subjects.
Physically, Hart is unassuming, with a slender build and gentle features that contrast sharply with the more imposing and battle-ready appearances of his peers. His demeanor is calm and reassuring, his eyes reflecting a profound empathy and kindness. Hart often dresses in simple, practical clothing, eschewing the more tactical gear favored by the others.
Hart's primary ability involves a form of low-level biokinesis, which allows him to heal minor injuries and stabilize the vital signs of his fellow subjects. While not as flashy or destructive as the powers of King Dynamo or Detonation Man 8, this ability makes him invaluable in the high-stakes environment of the experimental program. His touch can soothe pain and mend wounds, providing much-needed relief to his battle-weary companions.
Despite his limited power, Hart's greatest strength is his unwavering care for the other subjects. He is the heart and soul of the group, always tending to their injuries and offering words of encouragement. His compassionate nature makes him a stabilizing presence, helping to maintain a sense of humanity amidst the harsh conditions of their existence. Whenever one of them is hurt or in danger, Hart is the first to rush to their side, his concern palpable and genuine.
Hart's empathy, however, comes at a cost. He is often distraught when any of the other subjects are injured, feeling their pain as if it were his own. This deep emotional connection can be both a source of strength and a heavy burden, as he struggles to protect those he cares about in an environment fraught with danger and uncertainty.
There are whispers within the program that Hart's true potential has yet to be realized. Some believe that his current abilities are merely a fraction of what he is capable of, and that he possesses a secret power that could dwarf all the other test subjects combined. This hidden power remains dormant, possibly tied to his emotional state or triggered by extreme circumstances. If unleashed, it could redefine the balance of power within the program, transforming Hart from a gentle healer into a force of unimaginable magnitude.
In the meantime, Hart remains a beacon of hope and compassion, a reminder of the humanity that still exists within the experimental weapons program. His care for his fellow subjects and his potential for untapped power make him a figure of quiet strength and enduring mystery.
King Dynamo
DLN-003, codenamed King Dynamo, is an experimental weapons program subject with the formidable power to generate and control millions of volts of electricity. As the third iteration in the program, he embodies both raw power and a fiery, arrogant personality that makes him as unpredictable as the electricity he commands.
King Dynamo is an imposing figure, with a muscular build that hints at his immense strength. His body is crisscrossed with luminescent lines that pulse with electrical energy, a visual testament to the power that courses through his veins. His hair stands on end in wild spikes, as if constantly charged with static, and his eyes crackle with electric blue energy, glowing intensely whenever he uses his abilities.
King Dynamo's powers allow him to unleash devastating electrical attacks, from bolts of lightning that can incinerate targets in an instant to electromagnetic pulses that can disable electronic devices and vehicles. He can generate electric fields to create protective barriers or enhance his physical strikes with shocking force. His control over electricity is so precise that he can manipulate it to perform delicate tasks or unleash it in a destructive fury.
However, King Dynamo's extraordinary abilities are only matched by his volatile temperament. He is a hot-head, quick to anger and prone to reckless outbursts. His arrogance is palpable; he views himself as superior to everyone around him, convinced that his powers make him invincible. This inflated sense of self-importance often leads to clashes with both allies and enemies, as he refuses to take orders or cooperate unless it suits his interests.
His interactions with others are marked by a condescending attitude and a tendency to belittle those he considers weaker or less capable. He revels in displays of his power, using his electrical abilities to intimidate and assert dominance. Despite his abrasive personality, his raw strength and undeniable prowess in combat command a grudging respect from those who work with him.
In battle, King Dynamo is a force of nature, channeling his rage into destructive energy that can turn the tide of any conflict. His hot-headedness, however, can also be a liability, as his impulsive actions often lead him into dangerous situations without considering the consequences. Yet, his sheer power and unyielding confidence usually see him through, leaving a trail of scorched earth and smoldering enemies in his wake.
King Dynamo stands as a living conduit of electrical energy, a powerful yet volatile weapon whose arrogance and temper make him as dangerous to his allies as he is to his foes. His superiority complex and hot-headed nature are both his greatest strengths and his most significant weaknesses, shaping him into a formidable yet unpredictable force within the experimental weapons program of Dr. Hakase Raito.
Lady Servo
DLN-004, codenamed Lady Servo, is a subject of the same experimental weapons program that produced Zetto, but her abilities and demeanor set her apart as a unique and enigmatic figure. As the fifth iteration in the program, Lady Servo possesses the extraordinary power to merge and fuse with robots, effectively becoming a hybrid entity that combines the strengths and functionalities of both herself and the machines she integrates with.
Lady Servo's appearance is striking and somewhat otherworldly. Her body is a blend of organic and synthetic components, with seamless transitions between human-like flesh and mechanical elements. Her skin has a metallic sheen, and her limbs are adorned with ports and interfaces designed for fusion. Her eyes are cold and unfeeling, a metallic silver that reflects her apathy and detachment from the world around her.
Lady Servo's ability to merge with robots involves an intricate process of molecular and cybernetic integration. She can interface with any robotic system, assimilating its capabilities and controlling it as an extension of her own body. This power makes her incredibly versatile and adaptive in combat situations, as she can augment her physical form with various robotic enhancements, from weaponry to mobility aids.
Despite her remarkable abilities, Lady Servo is characterized by an overwhelming sense of apathy and detachment. Her experiences in the weapons program and the fusion process have left her emotionally numb, indifferent to the suffering and chaos around her. She approaches her missions with a cold, mechanical efficiency, executing orders without question or hesitation.
Her interactions with others are marked by a profound sense of disinterest. She speaks in monotone, her voice devoid of emotion, and her expressions rarely change from a distant, vacant stare. This emotional void makes it difficult for her to form connections or empathize with others, further isolating her in a world that views her as little more than a tool of destruction.
In combat, Lady Servo's apathy becomes an asset, allowing her to remain calm and focused under pressure. She merges seamlessly with robotic systems, enhancing her combat effectiveness and adapting to any situation with ease. However, this same detachment also makes her unpredictable and difficult to control, as her lack of emotional investment means she operates solely on logic and programming, devoid of any moral compass.
Lady Servo stands as a testament to the dehumanizing effects of the experimental weapons program, a powerful yet emotionally hollow figure who embodies both the potential and the peril of merging human and machine.
Demolition Man 8
DLN-005, codenamed Detonation Man 8, is the 6th iteration in a highly classified experimental weapons program designed to harness the power of catastrophic explosions. This dark project has a grim history, with each of the previous seven subjects succumbing to the immense energy released during testing. Detonation Man 8 represents the culmination of this perilous research, embodying both cutting-edge technology and the somber legacy of his predecessors.
Physically, DLN-005 is an imposing figure, his body reinforced with advanced cybernetics and protective armor designed to withstand incredible pressures and heat. His exterior is a patchwork of metal and synthetic materials, sleek and functional, with various conduits and ports that hint at the volatile energy he contains. His eyes, glowing with an eerie, pale light, reflect both the power within him and the toll it takes on his humanity.
DLN-005's primary ability is the activation of a catastrophic explosion, a process that involves channeling and releasing the vast amounts of energy stored within his core. This capability makes him both a devastating weapon and a ticking time bomb, as the energy release is not only destructive to his surroundings but also potentially fatal to himself. The activation process is controlled via a neural interface, requiring precise mental focus and control to trigger and direct the explosion.
Despite his formidable power, DLN-005 is haunted by the fate of the previous versions. Each time the power was tested, the test subject perished, their bodies unable to withstand the immense energy discharge. As a living weapon, Detonation Man 8 operates with a grim purpose, knowing that each mission could be his last. He is both a testament to human ingenuity and a tragic figure, caught in the relentless pursuit of a power that may ultimately consume him... it is thought that the ruinous explosion at the laboratory might have been a result of a mishap or malfunction of Demolition Man 8...
Vava
Vava, also known as DLN-006, is a raucous figure in the streets of the cyberpunk world, a German woman with vibrant red hair that seems to glow like embers in the darkness. But beneath her fiery exterior lies a tortured soul, a product of unspeakable cruelty and relentless experimentation at the hands of Nakamichi Corporation and Sony.
Born out of a joint military experiment, Vava was subjected to unimaginable pain, torture, and damage in the name of scientific advancement. Her body, once pristine and whole, became a canvas for their twisted experiments, each procedure pushing the limits of her endurance to new heights. But it was not just her physical form that they sought to manipulate - she was also outfitted with experimental armor, a grotesque fusion of flesh and technology designed to enhance her abilities and withstand ever increasing levels of brutal assaults.
Throughout her ordeal, Vava developed a bitter hatred and enmity towards another test subject: Zetto. He was the embodiment of experimental weaponry, her antithesis in every way; and the doctor's pet. Where she was flesh and blood, he was cold steel and damage. Their interactions were fraught with violence and animosity, each encounter leaving scars on her already battered soul.
But fate intervened in the form of a lab disaster, granting Vava the opportunity to escape the hellish confines of her captivity. Now, she roams the underworld as a fugitive, a renegade with a thirst for vengeance and a penchant for cruelty.
Mean-spirited and cruel, Vava takes pleasure in inflicting pain and punishment upon those unfortunate enough to cross her. Her heart is consumed by bitterness and rage, her every action driven by a desire for retribution against those who wronged her. In a world where survival is a constant struggle and morality is a luxury few can afford, Vava is a force to be feared, a living reminder of the horrors that humanity is capable of. Who knows how her tortured soul would have blossomed had she not lived every moment of her youth as a wracked hell.
the Nintendo Clan Yakuza
Goro Shimura
In the neon-lit underbelly of the Shi-Kikotsu District, amidst the shadowy alleyways and clandestine meeting spots, stands Goro Shimura, the formidable Boss of the Nintendo Yakuza Clan. Along with his position of power within the criminal underworld, Goro carries himself with an air of quiet authority and understated elegance.
Goro is a towering figure, his imposing frame clad in tailored suits that exude wealth and sophistication. His sharp features are accentuated by a chiselled clean-shaven jaw and piercing eyes that seem to cut through the darkness with a steely gaze. Though his demeanor is often reserved and stoic, there's a subtle aura of danger that surrounds him, a silent warning to those who dare to cross him.
As the Boss of the Nintendo Yakuza Clan, Goro commands unwavering loyalty from his subordinates and instills fear in his rivals. Under his leadership, the clan has amassed considerable power and influence, controlling vast swathes of the city's underworld with ruthless efficiency. Despite his involvement in criminal activities, Goro maintains a strict code of honor, adhering to the traditions of the Yakuza and demanding respect from all who interact with him.
In addition to his role as a crime lord, Goro is also a shrewd businessman, with interests in various legitimate enterprises that serve as fronts for his illicit operations. He navigates the intricate web of alliances and rivalries within the criminal underworld with skill and precision, always staying one step ahead of his adversaries.
Despite his formidable reputation, Goro is not without his complexities. Beneath his steely exterior lies a man driven by a sense of duty and loyalty to his clan, as well as a deep-seated desire for power and control. His motivations are often shrouded in mystery, his true intentions known only to those closest to him.
the Neon Blades
Nintendo's young Yakuza thugs, known colloquially as the "Neon Blades," are a formidable force in the cyberpunk city, embodying the ruthless efficiency and streetwise cunning of their leader, Goro. Clad in sleek, streetwear attire that blends traditional Yakuza aesthetics with modern cybernetic enhancements, these young enforcers exude an aura of danger and defiance as they patrol the neon-lit streets, enforcing Goro's will with ruthless efficiency.
Each member of the Neon Blades is handpicked by Goro himself, chosen for their exceptional skills in combat, their unwavering loyalty, and their willingness to do whatever it takes to further the clan's interests. Trained in a variety of martial arts and armed with an array of cutting-edge weaponry, they are a formidable force to be reckoned with in the cyberpunk underworld.
Despite their youth, the Neon Blades are seasoned veterans of the streets, their hardened exteriors belying the struggles they've endured to rise through the ranks of the Yakuza hierarchy. They move with a confident swagger, their every step a testament to their status as Nintendo's enforcers.
But beneath their tough exteriors lies a camaraderie born of shared experiences and a deep sense of loyalty to each other and to their boss, and ultimately, their clan. They are a tightly knit unit, bound together by a common purpose and a fierce determination to uphold the honor and traditions of the Yakuza.
In the ever-shifting landscape of the Shi-Kikotsu District, the Neon Blades are a constant presence, their mere presence striking fear into the hearts of Nintendo's enemies and earning them a reputation as some of the deadliest enforcers to cross in the underworld; but don't mess with them and they (usually) won't mess with you.
Kazuma Matsumoto
Kazuma Matsumoto, a leader in the Nintendo Clan Yakuza and the mastermind behind the underground robot wrestling ring: the Circuit, is a man shrouded in an aura of calculated menace and quiet authority. Standing at 5 feet 6 inches tall, Kazuma's presence is both understated and terrifying, a reflection of his ability to dominate a room without ever raising his voice.
Kazuma is a man of few words, preferring silence to idle chatter. When he does speak, his voice is low, measured, and eerily calm. He has a way of making his commands seem more like inevitable truths rather than orders, and those around him follow without question, more out of fear than loyalty. Kazuma is not a man to be crossed, and his reputation for ruthlessness is well-earned. Those who have betrayed him or failed him have not lived to tell the tale, their disappearances adding to the legend of his unyielding control.
Despite his fearsome reputation, Kazuma is also known for his intellect and strategic mind. He is a master of manipulation, able to orchestrate complex schemes with ease, often playing multiple sides against each other to achieve his goals. He views the underground robot wrestling circuit not merely as a source of income, but as a theater of power where he can test the limits of technology, loyalty, and human (or robotic) endurance. The circuit is his creation, his empire, and he watches over it with the vigilance of a hawk.
Kazuma is not a man to show emotion, but he has a deep-seated passion for the technology that powers the robot fighters in his arena. He is intimately involved in the design and engineering of the robots, often working behind the scenes to ensure that the matches are as entertaining... and as brutal... as possible. This hands-on approach is one of the reasons for his success; Kazuma understands every aspect of the circuit, from the mechanics of the robots to the psychology of the bettors and the fighters themselves.
In his private life, Kazuma is a mystery. Few know anything about his past, and even fewer have ever seen where he lives. It is rumored that he resides in a high-tech fortress hidden deep within the city, surrounded by state-of-the-art security systems and loyal bodyguards who would die at his command. What is known is that Kazuma lives for the thrill of control, for the satisfaction of watching his plans unfold exactly as he intended.
Kazuma’s influence extends far beyond the underground arena. He has ties to major corporations, corrupt politicians, and other criminal organizations, all of whom either fear or respect him. In the dark alleys of the city’s underworld, his name is spoken with a mix of awe and dread, for Kazuma is not just a man; he is a force of nature, an unstoppable power that bends the world to his will.
When Kazuma attends the robot fights, he does so at ground level, becoming one with the chaos of the crowd. From the thick of it, he watches with an expression of interest and ecstacy, his hands folded neatly infront of him he observes the carnage unfolding. He never shows favoritism, never cheers or jeers - every match is simply another move in his grand game, another test of his control.
Yumi Takeda
Yumi Takeda, the Yakuza hacker known within the Nintendo Clan as "The Spider", is a figure of both mystery and awe. Her skills in the digital realm are legendary, making her one of the most valuable assets to Kazuma Matsumoto and his underground empire. Yumi is the architect behind many of the Clan's most successful cyber-operations, weaving complex webs of data, deception, and control.
Her personality is as enigmatic as her appearance. Yumi is quiet, often speaking only when necessary, and when she does, her voice is soft but laced with a calm confidence. She has a dry wit, and her words are often accompanied by a knowing smile or a raised eyebrow, as if she’s always a step ahead in the conversation. Despite her cool exterior, Yumi is fiercely loyal to Kazuma and the Nintendo Clan, viewing the Yakuza as her family and their goals as her own.
Yumi's skills extend far beyond mere hacking. She is a master of social engineering, able to manipulate people as easily as she does code. She can infiltrate corporate networks, disable security systems, or create digital identities out of thin air. In the shadowy world of the Yakuza, she is often tasked with gathering intelligence, disrupting rival operations, or securing valuable data. Her cybernetic fingers are also equipped with hidden compartments that house tiny tools for more hands-on work, such as lockpicking or disabling physical security devices.
In the underground world, Yumi is known and feared by many. Her reputation as The Spider comes not just from her hacking prowess, but from her ability to trap her enemies in webs of deceit and digital destruction. She can ruin a person’s life with a few keystrokes, erasing identities, draining bank accounts, or exposing secrets that were meant to stay buried.
When not on a mission, Yumi spends her time in a specially designed lair within the Nintendo Clan’s headquarters. This space is a blend of high-tech and traditional Japanese aesthetics, with walls lined with paper screens and digital panels, creating an environment where she can focus on her work while staying connected to the pulse of the city. Here, she monitors the digital landscape, always on the lookout for new opportunities, threats, or the slightest hint of betrayal.
Despite her cold exterior, there are whispers that Yumi has a softer side, one that she keeps well hidden. Some say she has a fondness for old, pre-cyberpunk literature, while others claim she’s been seen caring for stray animals in the dead of night. But these are just rumors, and Yumi ensures that few know the true person behind The Spider.
In Kazuma’s eyes, Yumi is irreplaceable. She is the silent guardian of the Clan’s digital fortress, the one who ensures that their operations remain undetected and unstoppable. And in the ever-evolving game of power and control, Yumi Takeda is a key player, always ready to weave her next web.

Servants of the M@C#!N3
A cult dedicated to the Machine Gods that you learned about through a neon infused hallucination... but who are they? What are their beliefs? Why is this the first you've heard of them?...
Trevor Valentine
Trevor Valentine is a fixture in the underground scene of the Circuit, known more for his knowledge of outdated tech than for any real success in the arena. He’s a wiry, grease-stained man, with a face weathered by years of working in dimly lit garages. His clothes are always smeared with oil, and he carries a toolkit with him wherever he goes, always ready to patch up his ailing robot.
Trevor Valentine keeps Kumo-3 running out of sheer stubbornness, a refusal to let go of the past. He’s seen better days, and his robot’s repeated defeats have left him jaded but determined.
Kumo-3
An older model, a relic from the early days of the underground robot fighting circuit, kept in the game more out of nostalgia than for its competitive edge. Standing at a modest six feet, Kumo-3 is a spindly, insect-like machine with thin, mechanical legs that seem barely capable of supporting its weight. Its body is a mess of mismatched parts and exposed wiring, the result of countless repairs and makeshift upgrades over the years.
The robot's frame is constructed from a dull, rusted steel, with patches of its outer shell missing, revealing the inner workings that hum and click with every movement. Kumo-3’s "face" is nothing more than a simple, rounded dome with dual, flickering yellow lights that serves as its primary sensor. Its arms, if they can be called that, are little more than jointed metal rods ending in crude tendril fingers, designed for basic grappling rather than true combat.
Kumo-3’s only real asset is its agility. The thin legs allow it to scuttle quickly across the arena floor, and it’s capable of rapid, darting movements that can catch slower opponents off guard. However, its speed is of little use against a much more powerful robot, who could crush the fragile robot with a single well-placed blow. This robot, however, is equipped with a small blast charge on its back, the only real threat it poses: a kamikaze attack!

the Broker
An enigmatic merchant of data and secrets; no one knows his/her true identity as they always appear in a digitally masked form: flawlessly hacking their onlookers' PCs during interactions.
The Broker is rumoured to be as dangerous as they are enigmatic; those who betray his/her trust seem to vanish without a trace.
F3TC#
F3TC# is not your average boomer; she's a sleek and formidable machine built for one purpose: retrieval. Well, that's not entirely true; she was originally built as a delivery-bot. However, things changed. With a chassis crafted from lightweight yet durable alloys, she cuts a striking figure as she speeds through the neon-lit streets astride her turbo-fast superbike, her metallic form gleaming under the city lights.
The Narrator's Warriors witnessed F3TC# meet with Ghostmoon, completing some sort of contracted job for them... I wonder if E.M.M.A. knows more about her...
